Awareness is the first step toward perception

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare—All Saints has been a long-standing member of the Racine community. But if you asked someone at the grocery store about where to go for heart surgery or a complicated pregnancy, inevitably your friends and neighbors would direct you to Chicago of Milwaukee. The truth is, All Saints provides patients with care on par or better than destinations in big cities to the north and south—people just didn’t know it.

This campaign featured lives of actual patients, intertwined with copy spoken by the newly appointed President of the hospital, Susan Boland, to tell the real story of what is happening at their community hospital. The result is an increase in patient volume, as well as in people stopping Susan at the grocery store to tell her how remarkable it is.
