Part-Time Office Assistant

The part-time Office Assistant’s main role is to support the Finance Director but will also work with the Account, Creative, Technical teams on various office support tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Office operations including answering the phone, maintaining equipment, ordering supplies and general maintenance
  • Handles travel arrangements
  • Handles the step-up for client meetings
  • Generates and processes billing on a monthly basis
  • Enters employee expense reports
  • Provides agency credit applications
  • Keeps billing records up to date
  • Files accounting records and reviews vendor statements
  • Assists in compiling and maintaining quarterly and year-end reports
  • Reports to the Finance Director
  • 20 hrs per week

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Frequently work at fast pace with many unscheduled interruptions
  • Attention to details/multi-tasker
  • Agency experience a huge plus
