Digital Campaign Specialist

Jigsaw is looking for a motivated Digital Campaign Specialist with 2-3 years of experience who will be responsible for the operation, optimization and analysis of paid search and social media campaigns on behalf of our clients. This position is based in Milwaukee.

Digital advertising plays a unique and important role in overall campaign strategy. The Digital Campaign Specialist will not only operate on a tactical level within paid search and social media campaigns but will help ensure those pieces fit in the bigger picture. Communication is key. Jigsaw’s highly collaborative environment means regular face-time with team members across all disciplines as well as client-facing interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs procedures including but not limited to keyword research, competitive analysis and ad creation for new and existing paid search campaigns
  • Executes and optimizes paid social campaigns according to media plans
  • Manages spend against budgets, including estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Executes tests (A/B and Multivariate) on ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages and audience definitions, among others
  • Recommends audience creation for retargeting and other related opportunities
  • Monitors key performance metrics from multiple data sources and provides tactical recommendations
  • Customize campaign management and optimization based on individual client business objectives and KPIs
  • Works with and supports cross-discipline teams to help coordinate and implement digital campaigns
  • Manages internal documentation to keep campaigns organized and other team members informed
  • Synthesizes data into actionable information to present to clients at a variety of levels of sophistication

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • 2-3 yrs experience using Google AdWords and Bing/Yahoo ad platform
  • 2-3 yrs experience using Facebook/Instagram Business Manager platform
  • 4 yrs experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills for assessing data and deriving meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially when dealing with concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality of results
  • Conscientious and considerate of the whole team and the big picture
  • Self-motivated and focused on accountability and owning results
  • Growth-oriented with the desire for an expanding role in the agency’s future
  • Experience with content management and e-commerce systems a plus
