Bits & Pieces?

Bits & Pieces

I’m back from vacation, so I apologize for not reporting to you last week that Danielle has done it again. She overcame the competition and won her 2nd Photo Showdown in a row with her photo, Joyful Fountain. She could be the first contestant in history to win three in a row if she can do it again this week. She faces off against Ben, Jen, and Sue in this week’s theme–Wild. Here are their photos:

A.) A New Discovery

B.) Giddy Frolicking

C.) Rawr!

D.) Wild Plumage

Notice I abbreviated Photo Showdown in the title? Pretty fancy, right? And, space saving. Anyway, this weeks photos are also fancy and we need you to vote on which one is your favorite. This weeks photographers are Nick Pipitone, Michael Prince, the returning champ—Danielle Fritz, and myself. These are our attempts at capturing “Motion”.

A. Blurry Runner

B. Defy

C. Joyful Fountain

D. Motion

Everyone loves hugs—except our beloved secretary extraordinaire, Madonna (she came from a big family)—and that held true in last weeks photo contest. Congrats to Danielle! Her winning photo is below.

Results:

1. In A Comforting World, Danielle – 37.31%

2. Lost At Sea, Jen – 34.33%

3. A Mother’s Love, Sue – 20.09%

4. The Sweet Spot, Ben – 7.46%

Make sure to come back next Monday to see if Danielle can go for two wins in a row. The theme is Motion.
